Help with your exchange

Adults sign in with Google; children join through a responsible adult and do not need accounts. If you cancelled or interrupted sign-in, reopen your private invitation and try again with the intended Google account. Check that you have joined the intended exchange after signing in.

Ask the organizer for the latest link if yours is no longer valid. Replacing an invitation revokes the previous code. If the draw is already done, nobody can join until the organizer resets it.

Copying a link does not send it. A share sheet opens your chosen app, where you still need to send the message. SantaTogether does not automatically send these invitations or reminders. Check the family roster to see who has actually joined.

Each participant receives one gift. Receive-only children need adults to volunteer for extra giving slots. Each adult saves their own commitment. Even balanced counts can be impossible if exclusions leave too few eligible recipients.

Repeating the same draw cannot repair incompatible rules; agree any changes with the family first.

That is intentional. You can see your own giving obligations and those of the children you manage, even if you organize the exchange.

Your recipient’s wishlist still works. AI may be disabled, temporarily unavailable, or at its daily allowance. Suggestions are optional and do not affect the draw.
